As a young girl, just out of high school, I left my Northern California roots and spent several years in Europe where I interned in 5-star hotels and learned “hands-on” the hotel and restaurant trade. While traveling and working side-by-side with these talented chefs, I not only picked up delicious recipes from around the world but I also developed a passion for the artistry and history that goes into creating every dish. After being classically trained in Europe, I came back to California where I’ve spent two decades honing my culinary talents. Although I’ve owned and operated several successful restaurants, my true love is catering special gatherings.
